The service

LearnIta offers free self-study materials for learning Italian (grammar, vocabulary, listening, reading, pronunciation, and speaking practice), an optional premium subscription, and paid 1-on-1 conversation lessons with native speakers. Your account

Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for the activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Conversation lessons

• Lessons are booked from the site and paid per lesson via PayPal or bank transfer, at the price shown at booking time.
• Your slot is reserved when you book; the lesson is confirmed once your teacher verifies the payment. If the payment does not arrive, the booking may be canceled.
• You can cancel a booking yourself while it is still awaiting confirmation. To cancel or reschedule a confirmed lesson, contact us by email at least 24 hours before the lesson.
• If you do not show up for a confirmed lesson, the payment is not refunded. If the teacher cannot attend, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.

Premium subscription

The optional premium subscription is billed through Stripe and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Content

The learning materials on LearnIta are provided for personal study. You may not copy or redistribute them commercially without our permission.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; changes take effect when published on this page. These terms are governed by Italian law.
